We are looking for an experienced receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate must possess the following soft skills;

• excellent interpersonal skills, 
• professional demeanor, 
• solid communication and organization skills,
• a pleasant, and professional persona,
• effectively manage the reception area and switchboard
• ability to work in a team environment,
• provide strong internal administrative support,
• strong time management skills, and
• high levels of integrity and work ethic.

Applicants should also possess the following minimum attributes:

• Associate degree or related certification 
• Minimum of two (2) years experience in this or similar role
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• An ability to work in a team environment with a dynamic team of excellent professionals
• An ability to adapt to various client environments and personnel
• An ability to type professional reports and documents
• Computer literate including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
